HĀNGĪ
A traditional Māori cooking method involving smoke and steam to cook various meats, vegetables and stuffing – for a distinctive smoky flavour. Here we serve Hāngī buffet style in large trays for greater interaction and to suit personal tastes (or portions!) Included in our hāngī is mouth-watering pork, chicken, potatoes, kumara and cabbage.
